Founder/CEO

Adrian Dayton lost his job as an attorney at a major corporate law firm in Buffalo, NY, during the economic downturn in 2009. Instead of taking another job, he wrote his first book, "Social Media for Lawyers: Twitter Edition," and soon after that, "LinkedIn & Blogs for Lawyers" (co-authored by Amy Knapp). By then, social media had exploded; Adrian was in the right place at the right time. His work was featured in major publications like The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur, and Fast Company, and several major legal publications, including The National Law Journal, Above the Law, and Law.com. His consulting business rapidly expanded, leading to engagements training thousands of professionals all over the world—more than 16,000 people in 10 countries, including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, England, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In working with many of the top professional service firms in the world, Dayton realized that education about social media wasn't enough—firms needed a better process to leverage the combined networks of their team members. Thus, Clearview was born.
