What’s New In ClearView Social is the blog series that brings you a weekly update on what new features we’ve rolled out in the software recently. Our awesome development team recently rolled out the ability to post to Company Pages! Read on to learn more.
Welcome to Company Pages
If you are a ClearView Social administrator, you can now post to a company page on LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter. We have provided access to the company or group pages that you manage on LinkedIn and Facebook. We also allow you to add an additional Twitter account designated for company posting. To set up this new feature for your team, you’ll want to visit our new Company Settings page.
Company Settings
You can add pages as targets for company posts from our new Company Settings page. On this page, you have the ability to enable/disable company posting. If you are the primary administrator for your team, you also have the ability to limit access to this page to yourself or allow any administrator in your organization to make changes:
Building a Queue
Once you have enabled company posting, you can select your company page for sharing. In the Queue Builder, you can set Queues to automatically post to your new Company Account(s). Items added to the Queue will be automatically scheduled for sharing to your company pages.
Company Page Engagement
Undoubtedly you will want to know how users are engaging with the content you’ve posted to your company pages and ClearView Social has that covered. We will not include the Company Account on your team Leaderboard. Instead, we provide a direct link to view results for a Company Account. This link is also available on the Company Settings page:
