Key Features for Success
Tech company, Sumo Logic was looking for a way to get employees more consistently engaged in advocating for their brand via social media, and in a way that did not require a lot of extra time or effort. After their team rolled out CvS, both engagement and referrals immediately went up.
Now more than half of the company’s staff are “power users”.Instead of blasting out content once and then never again, over 400 employees are sending out customized messaging frequently and consistently. “We considered a variety of other options for employee engagement, but they were either too expensive or lacked the ability to tailor content,” said Melissa Liton, Sumo Logic’s Director of Global Communications. “The Clearview Social Team came up with so many great ideas for us, like gamification– things we’ve never even thought about. We are on the path for growth in Phase 2 with this platform, no question.”
Sumo Logic’s staff liked Clearview Social because of its automated system, customizable queues, and Peak Time Scheduling feature, which spread out messaging over the course of a week without any extra work. Another value-add was Clearview Social's role in the company’s annual signature event: by facilitating real-time tweeting, it raised the event’s social media presence and doubled engagement from the previous year.
Administrators also called Clearview Social easy to learn and use, especially when building and customizing queues, and managing users as staff members came and went. “Customer support has been key, and we particularly like the built-in talk function to communicate with the very responsive Clearview Social account team,” concluded the Director.
